Home cook, health coach, and soon-to-be mum. I grew up in a big Italian family where food was love, and now I share that love through accessible, joyful recipes. I work in our family’s Melbourne deli, LaManna & Sons, and create meals that nourish, impress, and never overcomplicate dinner.

Everything I know in the kitchen, I learnt from her.She’s the real inspiration behind so many of these recipes- her best-kept secrets have been passed down (and perfected!) over 35+ years. And long before that, they came from my Nonna, whose love for cooking and family is at the heart of everything we do.
